Before you sign up.
Do I need a registered business?
Not for the free bio page. To take payments you need a HitPay merchant account, and sole-proprietor (SSM) accounts are accepted.
Who holds the money?
You do. Buyers pay into your own HitPay account. Pautan runs the page and the checkout; it never touches your funds.
Who handles delivery?
You pack the order. Pautan can show live Delyva courier rates at checkout and book the consignment from your dashboard, or you can switch delivery off and arrange it yourself.
Can I use my own domain?
Coming soon, on the Business plan: connect shop.yourbrand.com and SSL is set up for you through Cloudflare. Until then your shop lives at pautanku.my/yourshop.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Any time. A cancelled plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then moves to Free. Your links stay up.
